    Candidatul Ideal

    • Customer service skills
    • Accuracy and attention to details;
    • Availability to work from home;
    • Availability to work on normal business hours, Monday-Friday;
    • Good computer skills;
    • Ability to read, write and communicate in French (Advanced Level);
    • Teamwork skills;
    • Good communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills;
    • Previous experience in customer service would be a plus.

    Provide support for our french client operating in the medical field;
    • Quick and efficient response to the customer via email or phone;
    • Cooperation with team leader & colleagues
    • 2 weeks training experience;
