    Minimum Requirements :

    •3 years’ experience in multidisciplinary design, both industrial and residential sector 3 years’ experience in BIM 360 delivery, mainly REVIT
    Level Specific Responsibilities:

    Able to learn and adapt to multidisciplinary design, other than own background, engineering versatility Basic knowledge of work packages/ small projects management Coordinates and is actively involved in 3D and 2D multidisciplinary delivery, Maximizes billable work through scope development and timely submission of change orders Timely preparation and quality review of monthly invoices for their projects Operate with project KPI and forecasts Follows and review design basis documents reflecting client requirements and good engineering and design practices.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    •Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline or architectural Proven training with one or multiple 3D modelling tools: REVIT, Plant 3D, Advance Steel, MicroStation


    The Deputy Project Engineering Manager is actively involved in the coordination and delivery of the 3D model and all 2D deliverables of the project:•Creates communication path between all the discipline involved in the designing
    •Ownership of the assigned package
    •Interface with client
    •Provides input to schedule for local resources
    •Manages the action tracker and change log
    •Work together with the team to deliver the model
    •Understands all projects/ task plan & requirements and help the team to adhere to them
    RELATIONSHIPS: Maintains a close working relationship with Project Managers, Supervising Discipline Engineers, Principal Engineers, Chief Discipline Engineers, Managers of Engineering and Managers of Discipline Engineering to ensure engineering performance.


    Ability to jump from base background and cover multiple discipline 3D modelling Assists with the establishment and implementation of project manpower needs and coordinates technical activities among disciplines. Identifies and ensures compliance with regulatory, licensing and state requirements. Conducts the design of a technically sound, safe and operable plant with a high degree of reliability. Prepares and issues Engineering Execution Plans (EXP), and ensures that all necessary and appropriate client requirements, procedures, and standards are incorporated. Compiles lists from each discipline to develop master document list for project. Coordinates development of work-hour and cost estimates Cooperates with other departments in the company participating on the project. Schedules and coordinates meetings between Project Engineering, the client and other outside groups. Keeps Project Manager, Manager of Engineering, Chief Discipline Engineers, Principal Engineers and/or Supervising Discipline Engineers adised of project progress, performance and manpower utilization with attention to delays, adverse trends, errors and omissions. Assures proper documentation of meetings, agreements, conversations, etc. that affect the conduct of the project. Coordinates the client’s engineering comments, approvals and requests with the functional activities of all disciplines. Coordinates Independent Engineering Design Reviews by discipline engineering management of selected architecture, engineering, and design documents. Reviews engineering performance on the project to ensure quality, conformance with conceptual design and completeness of engineering tasks. Promptly reviews Design Change Notices (DCN), identifies change order candidates, segregates cost collection and assists the Project Manager in pertinent aspects of change order management. Complies with company’s safety awareness program, office and/or field safety policies. Continually upgrades technical knowledge and capabilities and pursues additional coursework and training. Fully understands the role of each functional area within the company. Conforms to company core values and assists others to adhere to them. Acts with integrity in all elements of responsibility. Expresses ideas clearly and listens effectively to the ideas of others. Facilitates integration of technical support teams into their projects Responsible for compliance with all AECOM project management requirements
