    Requirements

    We are looking for an IT Junior Recruiter (m/f/o) that will support the recruitment activities in an agile environment of work with cross-functional teams.


    As a junior, you will have a coordinating and reporting role working on a task level in a fast-paced agile environment. You might commit as well to several different roles in our circle-based organization for example team assistant and HR Admin role supporting our senior colleagues from the hiring and account management team and delivering together great project results.

    About you:


    • You have the desire to learn about new technologies and to develop new skills in the software development industry

    • You are proficient in working with MS Office Package and you have the desire to learn also different internal tools

    • You are a problem solver with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" of your recruitment project

    • You effectively communicate the business requirements inside and outside your organizationJu

    • You are open-minded, flexible, and willing to adapt to changing situations

    • You have minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment team or a recruitment agency

    • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Psychology or a related field

    • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), it is a plus if you speak German

    Responsibilities

    Your expertise:


    • You will be responsible for the end to end hiring process starting from the prescreening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding of the candidates

    • You will identify suitable candidates, according to the desired profile

    • You will post the job posting on internal and external job boards

    • You will be actively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, Hipo and other related job boards, including networking and CV reviewing

    • You will evaluate applicants if they meet the position requirements and reject the candidates if the minimum requirements are not met

    • You will follow up with the selected candidates if there are missing documents in the hiring process

    • You will collect feedback from the stakeholders involved in the recruitment process and organize meetings when needed

    • You will provide feedback to the candidates after each stage of the interview

    • You will design and implement together with your senior colleague attraction and retention strategies

    • It will be a plus if you have knowledge related to Romanian labor legislation or certification as an HR Inspector
