• Resolution of third-party vendor related issues
• E2E Vendor life cycle management- Onboarding of new vendors
• Managing all existing vendor contracts
• Onboarding new suppliers and managing contracts
• Quality Monitoring and continuous improvement
• Vendor Management frame work- Score carding, measurements, review
• Maintaining an effective database of all relevant information related to 3rd-parties
