    • Experience in a similar role (operational, process-oriented) - minimum 1 years
    • Key User in in HR/ Finance applications - minimum 1 years
    • Very good knowledge of English

    Responsabilitati

    The Application Support Analyst position is responsible for handling any incoming customer support inquiries, performing troubleshooting using various resources.
    Your responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with users and help them to work with our application;
    • Investigate errors and ask for fixes;
    • Correct data from errors generated by wrong operations performed by users or generated by bugs;
    • Work with ITSM tool to track all tickets;
    • Collaborate with analysts and guide them through applications and flows;
    • Test release and patches before deployment according with release note defined by delivery team;
    • Collaborate with other support teams and development teams to correct and solve production issues;
    • Support business with tools for data transfer between systems;
    • Develop and implement operational reports using reporting services and create subscriptions;
    • Advanced support for systems used by company: configuration for new functionalities, implement in productions new flows, deep investigate for complex issues within multidisciplinary teams;
    • Collaborate with business to understand data and systems functionalities.
