    WHAT IS FIRST GEN? Our 1-year Traineeship program is designed for recent graduates who want to take their careers further. Through this program, you get an opportunity to work on ''live'' assignments, gain hands-on industry experience and work with experts at all levels of seniority. In addition, we'll' provide you with a stretching experience, ensuring you have all the support needed to make the most of this experience.     You will collaborate with a designated buddy who will guide you into the world of PepsiCo. These are a few of the things you will learn:
    • How to do efficient and creative internal communication;
    • What makes an internal event outstanding, and what is the key to success;
    • How to make an organizational culture strategy and how to implement it.
    Contract, location, and working hours:
    • The traineeship takes place over a paid period of 12 months;
    • The program is full time;
    • The HQ is at Sun Plaza, but our work model is hybrid.
    Prepare for the interview with more information/ examples about your:
    • Humanities/Communication-related studies;
    • Communication/ Collaboration skills. How do you build strong relationships?
    • Flexibility and how you prioritize tasks;
    • Curiosity for learning( we would love to hear about the project you most enjoyed doing);
    • Microsoft Office Skills( especially PowerPoint and Excel);
    • Graphic design skills are a must-have;
    • Keen on putting your heart into your work.
