Support Analyst role with German in Krakow- Relocation Provided

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex topics simply to a non-technical audience
Analytical skills, technically minded, and highly detail-oriented
English - C1 level
German - C1 level

Optional:-

College degree or relevant experience
working experience in IT support
Google products knowledge (Google AD manager)
Knowledge in HTML / CSS / JavaScript

Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving, reporting and creative issues.
Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to publisher customers
Serve as point of contact for internal projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and operational effectiveness
