    We’re on the lookout for an experienced, energetic, proactive Business Development Manager to develop, execute, manage, and measure a strategic business development plan and subsequent initiatives crafted to expand the profile and customer base.

    The role is strategic, engaging with senior stakeholders and is focused on delivering and integrating IT solutions to our customers that provide maximum value.

    Our business partner is a European business and technology service provider, advising and supporting organisations in achieving their business objectives through information technology.


    Requirements

    At least 3 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
    Experience selling engineered systems and/or a background in systems integration
    Excellent understanding of software solutions and value propositions to the business, particularly in areas like Databases, cloud, infrastructure, etc
    Ability to build partnerships, persuade, follow best practices, and operate across organizational boundaries
    Experience with targeted account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire others to act without using explicit authority
    Strategic thinking – ability to plan and play out different scenarios to maximize growth.
    Proficiency in English
    BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities

    Understand the company’s core products, services, and solutions
    Selling integrated IT solutions and services to corporate customers
    Efficient customers’ portfolio management by increasing sales volume
    Initiate, develop and maintain direct relationship into the account base
    Identify and contact potential customers
    Continuous market research to identify new business opportunities in the field of IT solutions for business
    Negotiating contract terms and contract development proposals
    Completion tracking project risks and implementation
    Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as good knowledge of competition.
