Internship - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) @ING Hubs

ING Hubs Romania offers 130 services in software development, data management, non-financial risk & compliance, audit, and retail operations to 24 ING units worldwide, with the help of over 1700 high-performing engineers, risk, and operations professionals.
Tech capabilities remain the core of their business, with more than 1500 specialists active in Data Management, Global Product, Touchpoint Channels & Integration and Core Banking.

Formerly known as ING Tech, as of 2022 we provide borderless services with bank-wide capabilities under the name of ING Hubs Romania and operate from two locations: Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.

The ideal candidate

• A genuine interest in societal issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and project management skills
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are essential;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point;
• Personal competencies: drive for social causes, empathy, integrity & loyalty; an eye for details.

Your role

In your new role you will be involved in the following areas:

• Volunteering activities – empower your colleagues in supporting social causes through volunteering;
• Employee engagement – community engagement through internal communication platforms;
• Sustainability– communicate and organize internal activities that helps us reduce our carbon footprint

Internship duration: 6 months

Work schedule: Full time, flexible work schedule.
