Local SAP Master Data Specialist

Requirements:

- University Degree;
- 5+ year proven in Master Data experiences in SAP;
- Proven competency in SAP Master Data Object: Customer, Material, Vendor including business knowledge of how data is consumed;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and Team Player mindset;
- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Main responsibilities:

· Taking part in projects as functional SAP master data management expert related to the definition, design, build and implementation of in-scope solution;

· Ensuring commonality and integrity of the solution according to the global template;

· Provide proactive support to the local Project Manager with defining and maintaining business processes within the assigned area;

· Being in constant communication with stakeholders from different business areas in order to continuously improve Solutions;

· Provide proactive support to prepare migration files according to the global template Solutions;

· Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access;

· Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of SAP is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.

· Formulate and maintain system and user documentation in designated knowledge;

· Coordinate and provide Key users training related the in-scope SAP solution.
