    Together with our business partner - a company built out of a passion for technology and financial services, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, to help with reaching current goals and with whom our partner can build for the future.

    In this key role, you will manage, direct, and grow the company clients' portfolio for customized IT solutions. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from leads identified and nurtured by you.


    You will bring

    Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field or other related area
    At least 3 years’ experience of relevant business development and/or sales experience
    Proven account management experience
    Proven experience of selling complex high-level IT products or services
    High level understanding of IT software products market and competition with ability to identify and clearly articulate value proposition to clients
    Strong skills in multitasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork
    Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative
    Demonstrated team player willing to roll up the sleeve
    Fluency in English

    Responsabilitati

    What You Will Be Doing

    Identifying new business opportunities, including new clients, new partnerships or collect ideas for new products and services
    Identifying opportunities to further extend existing customer contracts with the development of new products or services
    Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
    Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs
    Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
    Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
    Maintaining sales pipeline to deliver annual targets
    Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
    Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning on the market
