Nice to have:

• Experience with using task managing tools, such as Jira;
• Good understanding of Agile practice;
• Experience with web and mobile applications;
• Previous experience in BPO can be a plus;
• Ideally certified according to ISTQB

You will:

• Get a deep understanding of current product functionalities and future releases;
• Define the internal product testing strategy in collaboration with the Test Lead and test new product releases, in order to deliver a valuable and stable product to the clients;
• Document and track bugs found during testing sessions;
• Come-up with ideas of product improvements based on your experience with the software;
• Work closely with developers for handling and tracking product bugs;
• Be part of our platform expansion on the market, involved in marketing strategy and new customers’ acquisition;
• Participate in events, conferences, workshops and interact with potential clients;
• Conduct customers interviews, get insights and come-up with ideas for improving the product, based on customer needs;
• Get to know the market, the competition, industry trends and new technologies by performing continuous research to keep the team updated with new opportunities for developing the product towards innovation;
• Conduct product demos and trainings with the users;
• Handle customer inquiries and offer support, as per clients’ requirements;
• Follow-up on new product releases and update clients on them.
