    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or in a related field);
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR work experience;
    • Very good knowledge of the Romanian labor legislation;
    • Proficiency in using various HR ERP systems (Revisal, Charisma or other HR ERP systems);
    • Familiarity with HRIS system such as Workday, would be a plus;
    • MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point);
    • Tech savvy, able to pick up new HR tools and systems quickly;
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
    • English proficiency - excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Analytical skills (ability to collect, organize, analyze and share information);
    • Passion for HR Admin work, strong collaboration, team player, positive attitude;
    • Strong interpersonal skills (can build effective relationships with all team members and stakeholders at different levels);
    • Responsive, customer focused, passionate about meeting the requirements of stakeholders;
    • Confident, diplomatic and tactful;
    • Common sense and sensitivity with regards to mediation and counsel, keeping confidentiality;
    • Extreme discretion in handling details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature;
    • Result oriented, problem solving;
    • Good planning and time management skills – able to multitask and prioritize, focused on getting things done and deliver to deadline;
    • Resilient, can work under pressure, doesn’t show frustration and lose composure when facing resistance;
    • Proactive, works effectively on own initiative and requires little guidance;
    • Working experience in a shared-service environment would be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform the activities related to hiring, employment changes, termination processes, maternity / child care / parental leaves, ensuring compliance with labor regulations;
    • Prepare employment documents and maintain personnel files and records in electronic and paper form, according to legal requirements;
    • Manage the activities related to occupational medicine (set medical check-up for new hires, plan and follow-up periodical medical check-up for all employees, follow-up on annual report, participate in health & safety committee) liaison with medical services provider;
    • Verifies and accurately processes / submit personnel data (REVISAL, Charisma and other HR ERP systems);
    • Provide onboarding process for new employees;
    • Provide exit interview process and handles feedback;
    • Keep up to date with employment law and proactively suggest / contribute to changes / improvements / updates to current HR policies and procedures;
    • Promote the company HR rules & policies to employees and offer them pro-active advice and support, when necessary;
    • Act as first point of contact for the employees’ HR related inquiries, providing them with excellent service, through accurate and timely resolution accountability;
    • Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relations, build morale and increase retention;
    • Facilitate communication for the development / maintenance of a positive climate of employee relations;
    • Promote the image and interests of the company: professional approach towards company collaborators, acting in respect of the Internal Regulation and Code of Conduct;
    • Has an active role in ensuring that employees act in respect to the Internal Regulation provisions and Code of Conduct;
    • Provide collaborative support on a multitude of employee-focused initiatives ranging from professional development and engagement to internal communication. You will be our on-the-ground support for all things pertaining to cultivating company culture;
    • Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience through effective delivery and execution of HR services and processes.
