• University degree in economic or logistic field
• 3 years' experience in logistic processes
• SAP knowledge and advanced MS Office skills
• Results focused with strong customer service skills
• Flexibility and independence, being able to work under pressure
• Negotiation & presentation skills
• English - very good written and spoken language skills
• Driving license type B

Your contribution to something big

• Main logistic contact of RB in Romania for the delivery of original equipment parts to Romanian customers (OE and TSC).
• Coordination of the logistic activities between Romanian customers and RB plants worldwide, including all third-party companies involved in the delivery and transport process.
• Processing and monitoring of customer orders (samples and serial), manual and via EDI.
• Logistic support for sales, quality and development functions in Romania and as well for the BBM divisions if needed.
• Managing serial schedule agreements for deliveries (creation, changes, deletion), start and stop of production changes.
• Support and coordination of the special transports, processing of logistics complaints.
• Managing packaging data sheets, proof of transport and proof of deliveries documents' requests.
• Specific logistic tasks and participation to corporate logistic projects.
• Cooperation and communication with customers and Bosch plants, visits to the customers when needed.
• Maintenance of the customer info database (contacts, part number list), logistic KPI reporting.
