* Direct support all teams part of Purchasing Automotive HUB HU_RO_SRB.
* Direct support for Head of Department, Purchasing Automotive.
* Starts the ordering process for all assets necessary for new hires eg. laptop, phone.
* Starting ePR requests for new positions or replacement.
* Support in asking accounts for new colleagues.
* Responsible for Recording Hours.
* Interface between HR and Purchasing colleagues for majority of administrative tasks.
* Keeping a proper stock level for all consumables from the offices.
* Supporting Team Leaders in planning Interviews for new open positions.
* Support in organizing Team Events and Team Buildings.
* Support Head of Department with Minutes of Meeting.

Job Requirements:
