    The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for working with all levels of management in the assigned function or region to proactively and strategically align Veeam's need for talent with business goals by executing recruitment strategies to identify, attract, recruit and hire top talent. This role ensures the maintenance of accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

    Responsibilities

    Manages the talent acquisition and candidate process from source through offer.
    Sources candidates relevant to all open vacancies across assigned region or function.
    Partners with hiring managers and senior stakeholders advising on the Talent Acquisition process and developing a recruitment strategy with client groups.
    Directs sourcing of quality candidates via the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods.
    Posts roles on Veeam.com and manages direct applications.
    Schedules all interviews, working closely with relevant hiring managers.
    Provides real-time updates in the applicant tracking system.
    Provides weekly reports on progress and builds marketing intelligence of the market.
    Positions Veeam as an employer of choice.
    Develops and builds a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    Works with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions or success profiles.
    Administers pre-employment testing, if applicable.
    Conducts reference and background checks, if applicable.
    Tracks recruiting updates and submits reports to management, if required.
    Creates, presents and closes offers for employment.

    Requirements

    Full cycle recruitment experience relevant for the function / region.
    Must have experience recruiting with a consultative approach, so as to be considered a subject matter expert with both internal and external customers.
    Successful experience with cold calling.
    Communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
    Proficient experience with Microsoft Office.
    Applicant tracking software.
    Government regulations regarding employee selection and hiring.
    Interviewing techniques.
    Selection instruments (e.g., tests, assessments).
    Selection requirements for positions within one's organization (e.g., knowledge, skills, abilities).
    Web-based applications.
