Mechanical Design Engineer

Requirements:
-University degree in Mechanical Engineering;
-Good knowledge of industrial technical drawing;
-Good knowledge of a CAD design tool (CATIA V5 / Creo);
-Previous professional experience in the mechanical design engineering – a plus
-Communication and integration qualities;
-Knowledge of English is mandatory, and French is an advantage.

For our client, a well-known company specializing in industrial design with offices within several countries in Europe and the USA, we are recruiting a Mechanical Design Engineer.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, proactive person with good organizational skills, who want to work in a design office and who appreciates the diversity: of projects, sectors of activity, of clients.

Responsibilities:
-2D and 3D design of mechanical equipment in various fields: aeronautics / space / transport / automobiles / railway / energy;
-Design of mechanical-welded assemblies, modification of machinery;
-Drawing up the manufacturing file: dimensioning of the parts, elaboration of the general plans and subassemblies, development of parts nomenclatures;
-Analyzing the technical proposal and the specifications;
-Proposing and choosing the optimal technical solutions in accordance with the specifications and quality requirements, respecting the execution times and deadlines;
-Reporting on the progress of the project;
-Realization of control (3D and 2D).
