French HR Admin role in Bucharest - Remote Job

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in English and French
• 0-2 years experience in HR Admin , HR processes
• Proficient in MS - Office ( preferably Excel )
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Administrative writing and reporting skills
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Process emplyment data - New hire / rehire , terminations , document management , term correction , LOA , document creation & issuance
• HR based transactions - mass loads , payments & deductions , Administer compensation data , support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
• Reporting - ( ad - hoc , base ) , Country specific administrative activity
