Who you are:

• You have a University Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering or natural sciences;
• You have knowledge in HW, MEC development process;
• You have awareness of the ISO9001 requirements;

We would also appreciate: 

• If you have knowledge about quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, DRBFM;
• If you have industry / quality experience in the area of automotive research and development;
• If you are willing to travel;
• If you have knowledge about IATF16949; VDA 6.3; ISO 26262;
• If you have good knowledge of the A-SPICE requirements;
• If you have knowledge about DOORS; ClearQuest; ClearCase; Project tracking systems (e.g JIRA);
• If you have experience in a similar position;

Do you enjoy solving problems?  We are looking for a problem solver who can apply their knowledge of electronics/mechanical engineering principles to solve various issues from design to product to process issues.

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• You will ensure methodological quality (e.g. 8D, QG, FMEA, DRBFM, PE);
• You will have the chance to participate in building an internationally active collaboration;
• You will be in charge of coaching team members and performing quality management system related training;
• You will be in charge of supporting the group leader(s) in process definitions and related risk assessments;
• You will ensure that necessary processes and procedures for the quality management system are introduced, implemented documented and maintained;
• You are going to verify conformity of the development processes and support in the evaluation of these processes output;
• You will identify deviations, deriving, tracking measures and review of measures;
• You are going to support activities for the visualization tools used as an interface of the quality management system;
• You will be in charge with audits management, reporting and verification of action plan completeness / effectiveness;
• You will collect KPI, evaluate and track actions. Sustain and support the group managers in performing the management review applicable for their area of activity;
