    See a glimpse of the Schneider Electric family by joining our internship program! You will learn about our products and how we are doing the world more sustainable through our services. You will be exposed to real business cases and get in real-time feedback. You will work together with our colleagues and your mentor until you gain independence for your own projects;

    We have an opening in Customer Care TEAM     What will you?

    • You will be a services promoter on behalf of Schneider Electric for a dedicated number of accounts;
    • Develop a strong relationship with the French services sales team and support them in the sales process;
    • Managing customer requests for spare parts, start-up, and on-demand interventions;
    • Will be responsible for data management in terms of cleansing and tracking Schneider Electric’s assets;
    • Take outbound calls and emails to support the existing customer base.

    Let`s talk if:
    • You are a very organized student in a financial university
    • You are fluent in English and FRENCH.
    • You are proactive;
    • You have strong communications skills;
    • You are keen on numbers and strong detail-oriented;
    • You are familiar with: Word & Excel processing, E-mail, Internet;
    • You bring creativity to the table, to develop new ideas and approaches;
    • You have some extra-curricular activities (which are a plus).
