    What we're looking for:

    We’ll be an excellent match if you have:

    A degree, preferably in psychology/ sociology/ human resources;
    Excellent communication skills in English- another language would be considered an advantage;
    Good interpersonal skills;
    Very good understanding on the recruitment process;
    Customer Oriented, fast Learner, proactive and detail-oriented;
    Good time-management skills;

    Responsabilitati

    What you'll be doing:

    Use multi-channel sources to identify potential candidates;
    Conduct initial screenings via phone and video call;
    Identify candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications;
    Evaluate and examine the skills and competencies of candidates;
    Facilitate and discuss job offers;
    Achieve recruitment goals and targets;
    Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
