Internship for Plant Purchasing (TM)

* Direct support for Plant Purchasing department for activities related to Tooling at Suppliers.
* Supporting each buyer with maintenance and data accuracy in Supplier Tooling Database.
* Involved in the Tooling Tagging process, keeping direct contact with stakeholders (Sales, Project Management, Purchasing), sending tags to suppliers, collecting feedback from suppliers, escalate.
* In case of need, place Purchase Orders towards suppliers.
* Support Plant Purchasing team in Capacity Checks.
* Taking care about OBLIGO reporting (Purchase orders with soon or past delivery date).
* Direct support for Prototype Shop Purchasing department.
* Approve and process Shopping Carts in CEOS: The approval is based on an existing offer(s), create competition amongst supplier base, fulfill compliance regulations and company interests.
* Transform Purchase Requisition into a Purchase Order using SAP.
* Process order confirmations.
* Support blocked invoice resolution to facilitate invoice and payment processing with requestor/suppliers.

Job Requirements:

This is what it takes to be a successful in Purchasing Automotive Intern role:

* University Studies ongoing;
* English - Fluent;
* Good knowledge in Excel and Power Point;
* SAP (Material Master, Procurement) - is a plus;
* Basic knowledge of Automotive market.
