The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

• Project management (min 2 years).
• RSA knowledge (min V3P, validation plan, LUP).
• Engineer (mechanical, thermal, energy, aero).
• Technical background in a technical department as Perfo/conso, Thermal, aerodynamics and mechanics.
• Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
• Good English skills (speak, read, write).
• Good French skills (speak, read, write).

• Needs to defend its department to achieve the best target possible on its project.
• For the PC department, the stakes are mainly the consumption of the vehicle and the CO2 emissions reduction.
• To do that the PC PPC need to find solutions with all the other department (mainly engine, wheels, electrical and battery and so on) to reduce both consumption and CO2 emissions and propose for each milestone a review of its Consumption and CO2 emissions prognosis in front of the project team.
• The PPC needs to validate his prognostic with vehicle tests done in France.
• Each milestone needs to be achieved in respect of deadlines.
• Today this department is one of the most important for RSA.
• The PPC has a lot of responsibilities in this department and needs to be very involved in the success of its projects.
