Tender Coordinator Paid Internship

• Your internship would be a paid program, with a labour contract for a period of 6 months, 8 hrs/day with the possibility, if performing, to be able to become a permanent colleague of ours;

Your responsibilities can range from:

• You will be managing the tender or proposal as a project;
• You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality proposals;
• Prepare, revise, quality check, and coordinate tender/proposal responses;
• Ensure collaboration with sales engineering teams, sales, and other functions;
• Ensure deadlines are met;
• Work on special projects for the functions, updating business systems;

Your profile:

• Competent using Microsoft Office or equivalent;
• Excellent English proficiency;
• Excellent planning, prioritizing, & organizing skills, with high attention to detail;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Able to handle deadlines or work under pressure;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
• Results orientated and focus on quality;
• Creative and innovative mindset, able to take the lead on new initiatives;
• Most importantly, an eagerness to learn!

Orientation and training will be provided from the first day that you join us, before being integrated into a multifunctional team. A mentor, manager, or team leader will assist and guide you during your internship.
