• Fluent business English, both written and spoken
• Minimum four years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role with experience in project administration and PMO support
• Proven working experience on projects in a complex business environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project)
• Detail orientated with exposure to technology implementation projects
• Demonstrated capabilities in team work
• Assist in maintenance of project plans to monitor and track progress
• Monitor risks and issues register for actions due
• Capture and track actions in meetings with the Business and Sponsor
• Provide document management structure
• Assist in the maintenance required for project documentation
• Assist in ensuring consistent PMO standards across all projects
• Ensure key project milestones, risks and issues input to overall plan, that incorporates all projects, for communication with senior stakeholders and governance groups
