    Cerinte

    - Proficient in English;
    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, Finance or other related disciplines is a plus;
    - Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in marketing, communication, business/process management;
    - Good understanding of the marketing funnel and how the conversions rates can be influenced;
    - Must have extensive experience with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards;
    Excellent Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio – a plus).

    Responsabilitati

    - Manage the Lead Managing Team and work closely with the Inside Sales and Marketing Leadership to understand and align the business requirements for an efficient lead management process;
    - Establish, manage, monitor and report demand management KPIs and quality metrics;
    - Analyze and identify process and procedures opportunities and assign tasks to standardize work within lead management team and or to assign them to the right responsible;
    - Optimize lead scoring and assignment programs to support sales team;
    - Define and implement data acquisition and update activities to maintain database at desired coverage and quality levels;
    - Take ownership and offer guidance to Lead Management Representatives, to prioritize as well as to direct urgent leads to right responsible;
    - Identify and recommend policy and process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the Lead Management processes and decrease the lead cycle time;
    - Work close with Marketing and Inside Sales teams to improve continuously the quality and measurement for a solid Lead Management Process.
