    Required skills & profile

    Must have:

    Fluent English speaker with solid oral and written communication skills.
    Understanding of Windows & Linux Operating Systems (server-side) and networking concepts.
    Relevant experience with SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Splunk or any other monitoring solution such as SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.
    Experience using an enterprise ticketing system (Jira/ServiceNow/SCCD/Remedy etc.)
    ITIL foundation-level skills; basic understanding of ticket types and priorities.
    Proven analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    Ability to collaborate with remote teams in a strong multicultural environment.
    Team spirit.

    Nice to have:

    Familiarity with any scripting language.
    Understanding of basic application architecture concepts.
    Knowledge of IT group organization, processes and stakeholders.
    Work experience: +1 years
    Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field


    Job description and key responsibilities:

    Assist in the maintenance and development of the Global Technology monitoring solutions (SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.)
    Real-time proactive monitoring of servers, databases, network devices, application performance etc.
    Perform alert rating and escalate accordingly as Incidents or Service Requests to the appropriate teams.
    Assist various engineers during troubleshooting and problem investigations.
    Assist various teams by creating specific reports/dashboards.
    Contribute to IT system innovation.

    Reporting line

    Hierarchically reports to:

    Monitoring Squad Lead.

    Key interactions:

    Internally: IT Infrastructure experts, middleware experts, networks experts, applications team owners, Engineering & integration Team members.
