We are seeking passionate leaders who make things happen, analytical minds and problem solvers, with excellent communication skills, to develop their knowledge and management abilities for a dynamic-fast-moving consumer goods company. Product Supply Sustainability’s goal is to enable a more circular supply chain through delivering our Ambition 2030 energy, greenhouse gas, water, and waste goals, and enabling progress against P&G’s 2040 Net Zero ambition. Quantum is P&G’s corporate sustainability accounting system, used to track, verify, and communicate P&G’s progress towards this ambition. The Junior DevOps Manager will be a key enabler to work towards our goals and protect P&G’s reputation externally, through:
- A deep understanding of P&G’s environmental footprints - e.g., Energy, Renewable Energy, Climate, Air Emissions, Water, Waste, and others.
- Expertise in relevant voluntary and regulatory reporting requirements - e.g., GHG Protocol, US SEC, UK SECR and other future worldwide requirements.
- Strong DevOps skills and agile methodology.
- Lead and execute solution development as part of a team, deliver quality assurance, release management, and operations for the application(s) to meet business, user, stakeholder and solution requirements.
- Use a Modern Application Development framework (including design thinking, agile project management, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deliver (CI/CD) methods and tools) to build solutions.
- Continuously look for opportunities to create more efficient DevOps processes using automation, new tools, and exploring new development platforms.
- Responsibilities as of Day1– you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities.

- Technical background - studies in Computer Science/ Informatics/ Automation/ Electrical Engineering etc.
- Strong English command, both written and spoken
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work both independently and with a team depending on assignment.
- Experience with development tools (GIT, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, etc.) and with Azure cloud will be a plus
- Experience with using database technology (SQL and Non-relational) will be an advantage
