Team Lead Social Media

To grow our own marketing team, we are looking for a motivated Team Lead Social Media to join. As a Team Lead you to build your team in Bucharest. You will recruit, train them from zero and build up your complete team from scratch.

- Manage and own all aspects of Paid Social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including strategy, reporting, and optimization
- Track results and optimize campaigns
- Test and refine across social platforms, creative ideas, messaging, audiences, etc.
- Create and manage campaigns for traffic and lead acquisition through new and existing channels;
- Analyze customer journey and optimize for conversions;
- Create and manage dashboards and reporting to view and analyze the performance;
- Ensure tracking and attribution is optimized throughout the customer journey;

- 2+ years managing Facebook campaigns, ideally in performance marketing
- Experience in handling larger budgets and scaling ad accounts
- Data savvy and passion for crunching numbers and social media
- Fluent in English and ideally in German
- Creative, with a proven track record of working with design teams and producing high-quality visual content (both static and animated);
- Resourceful self-starter who is eager to learn;
- Appreciation for and understanding of brand marketing and good design;
- Very good analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
