    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • 3 years of customer loyalty, marketing, project/product management experience (loyalty marketing experience will be considered an advantage);
    • 3 years of experience working in large multi-national company;
    • Finance or Big-4 background will be considered an advantage;
    • University degree required, Master’s degree in business administration or related field will be considered an advantage;
    • Project/product management and organizational skills with experience in running parallel projects;
    • Ability to build relationships with and work collaboratively across the organization;
    • Strong attention to detail, solid analytical and critical thinking skills;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
    • Ability to cultivate a broad understanding of the entire Genius program including marketing, operations, metrics, financials/unit economics;
    • High energy and a self-starter looking to make an impact;
    • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

    Role Purpose:

    The Genius membership program is an integral part of eMAG and its flagship product, providing customers with unlimited free shipping on more than 3 million products, next day delivery, 60 days return, special deals and so much more. eMAG Genius is a key driver of eMAG’s growth.

    We are looking for candidates who want to work with teams across eMAG Group to help grow our Genius subscription base, improve Genius value proposition and program strategy. We have strategic workstreams we need you to play a key role in leading to shape the future of Genius at eMAG and deliver value to our program members.


    Key responsibilities of Genius Product Manager:

    • Work alongside the team to implement the long-term strategic vision for the Genius membership program;
    • Develop deep understanding of customer behavior, economic outcomes, unit economic, business feasibility, etc. and identify how we can achieve the best possible outcomes for our subscribers and eMAG Group;
    • Design and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales aimed at growth in market share and improved customer experience;
    • Work with our Finance, BI, Marketing, IT platforms and other partner teams to develop opportunities to address business challenges and changing customer needs;
    • Develop and execute together with the Core Genius Team tactics that increase engagement in the Genius program and reduce attrition of existing members;
    • Evaluate and recommend new ways to generate customer loyalty/engagement and leads roll-out of any new initiatives;
    • Keep stakeholders and teams up to date and engaged with projects and ensuring teams are on board to meet our targets;
    • Report on benefit-related operational, subscription and commercial performance, prepare and moderate review sessions and align with senior management on improvement/ development levers;
    • Drive continuous improvement of the program's value proposition by analyzing, together with the team its performance, conducting deep-dives and sharing operational learnings with Business Stakeholders and Product Management.
