This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration and Personnel.
The Invoicing Analyst with French will:
- Issue corrective documents:
- Analyze the errors generated by incorrectly applied prices or commercial conditions, as well as the commercial gestures offered to the clients or the requirements coming from them;
- Propose measures to correct these documents;
- Cancel the wrong documents and issue new documents;
- Clear an amount by issue a credit / debit note when the storno is not the preferred solution by the customer;
- Monitor the reasons that generated the corrections in the related files and explain them upon request;
- Analyze complaints from customers;
- Propose measures to improve practices;
- Solve the complaint;
- Transmit a correct and complete answer to the FQ function;
- Analyze files containing product claims from customers;
- Process them in the systems;
- Close the complaint in the related systems;
- Analyze of daily anomalies;
- Solve anomalies and unblock BLs;
- Propose measures to improve practices;
- Carry out the centralized invoicing process, according to the procedure related to the area under his/her responsibility;
- Ensure the traceability of financial transactions;
- Archive all supporting materials in accordance with the regulations in place in the respective countries;
- Participate in auditing processes regarding prices, anomalies, corrections and product claims, in self-assessment and in the implementation of internal control, in collaboration with auditors and the Quality Responsible;
- Implement action plans for internal control points identified as non-compliant.
- Economic background;
- Analytical approach, ability to deal with numbers;
- Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);
- Attention to details and focus on results;
- A team-worker attitude and customer-oriented approach;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
