    Main tasks:



    * Implementation of processes and policies for own area of responsibility (e.g. compensation, TMOD concepts, Basics live, workstyle, legal compliance) with the alignment of plant organization, country organization, business area and region - South East Europe (Romania, Hungary, Slovenia)
    * Ensures alignment of HR processes, policies and resources within SEE region
    * Supports the SEE strategy and implement HR initiatives in the organization
    * Protects the human resources and ensures the talent base for the organization
    * Acts as contact partner of the management and employees
    * Ensures organizational effectiveness at local level by deploying appropriate measures (e.g. talent development, reorganization, new organization build-up)
    * Organize and conduct TMOD conference in cooperation with SEE HR
    * Actively steers and manages Career / Succession Planning, and trainings
    * Supports the annual Salary review, respecting Budget/Legal requirements
    * Ensures a proper Compensation and benefits process in collaboration with SEE HR and BA HR (e.g. VC, WSI process)
    * Ensures that the working conditions respect the health management regulation and well being of employees
    * The position is on determined period - 2 years, with a possibility to prolongate.


    * Academic degree or comparable experience;
    * Broad Business Experience (experienced several HR Roles and minimum 3-5 years experience);
    * Fluent English language;
    * Project leader experience in strategic HR projects;
    * Knowhow of HR processes (e.g. staffing, organizational development);
    * Local related legal knowledge (e.g. Tax, Labor, Contracts);
    * Understanding of relevant organizational structures, as well as of key processes and tools (e.g. Project and Change Management Tools, etc. that drive the organization);
    * International experience is a plus.
    * Microsoft Office knowhow

    * Good communication skills - verbal and written
    * Willingness to travel
