Remote Internship - Smart Academy 4.0 Process Automation

We’re organizing our 4th Smart Academy for Process Automation lovers, looking for new, enthusiastic, and ready to explore new technologies interns! We’re looking for focused and strong people that are willing to learn interesting things and have good analytical skills, but also know to have fun and enjoy this experience. We’re also looking for juniors, freshers, graduates or students (in their final study stages) who are passionate about Process Automation and who are eager to pursue an IT career in this area.

At the end of the internship, we're looking forward to hiring new colleagues on our Process Automation/ BPM team!

What do you need to know:
Duration: 4th of July- 16th of September, 6h/ day (online, including practical+ theoretical sessions)

The agenda for the theoretical sessions down below:

1. IBM BPM – Introduction (general presentation about the product). What is BPM?
2. BPM Architecture:

• Process Center
• Process Designer
• Process Portal
• Process Admin
• WebSphere Application Server Admin Console (logging, JNDI – SQL)
• Process Inspector

• The difference between an application and a toolkit ( We are going to create some new toolkits and also see the default toolkits of the application: System, Governance etc.)
• Variable types:

• Process – BPD – Linked process – Subprocess – the difference between them, best practice
• Team – create and add users/groups
• Dashboard – expose to, start a process from a dashboard
• BPM UI Toolkit – each component
• Service flow & External Service
• Types of elements specific to the major components of BPM:

• Tracking groups & timing interval – Performance Data Warehouse
• UCA – the 2 types: timer & message
• Java integration
• SQL integration
• SMTP integration
• ECM · Expose a service as web service – create of EP, pattern link, transmissible variable, Security, Postman/SoapUI
• Create Web Service
