    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    QUALIFICATIONS

    a) Education: Graduate from psychology or human resources study or other related fields
    b) Previous experience HR, recruiting, or psychology background (min. 5 years)
    c) Skills/abilities: Communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), Assertiveness, HRM knowledge, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Ability to interact to all levels of the organization professionally, Ability to develop relationships across functional teams, Strong interpersonal skills
    d) Competencies: Proactivity, Multitasking, Teamwork, Active Listening, Decision making (applicant screening, recruiting)
    e) Language: English advanced (C1), Romanian (native level)
    f) Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    g) Licenses/Certifications: N/A

    Responsabilitati

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Recruitment:

    - Align with management the recruitment needs and strategy
    - If the recruitment is done with external help: Maintain contact with recruitment agencies, employment agencies, newspapers, and job portals; Participate at interviews on-site (or online) and provide feedback to candidates and/or recruiters assigned to the role
    - If the recruitment is done internally: Create and post job vacancies; Actively source candidates using job portals and professional online platforms; Review applications; Conduct CV and phone screening; Conduct interviews; Provide feedback to candidates; Keep up to date the internal recruitment database
