Vendor Master Data Specialist

-Bachelor’s Degree, in finance related area
-Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable/Cash -Disbursements/Accounting/Procurement
-Work experience with Oracle/SAP Accounts Payable module
-Experience with Exchange Rates and Mixed currency transactions
-Fluent verbal and written English
-Microsoft office tools and other business level applications (such as Oracle or other ERP knowledge)
Analytical skills

-Overall maintenance of Vendor Master Data, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data
-Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor maintenance matters, either by phone or email
-Continuously assess data quality and propose improvement initiatives. Provide reporting for Master Data quality KPIs
-Play an active role in defining Vendor Master Data standards, rules, and policies liaising with relevant business and technical teams
-Performs other tasks that may be more complex in nature, such as reviewing and compiling information for reports, departmental projects or presentations for internal leadership, co-workers, internal and external customers and others teams across the company
