    Responsibilities

    -Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
    -Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail and chat;
    -Communicating with customers through various channels;
    -Processing orders, forms, applications and requests;
    -Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
