    The European Regional Delivery Center, ERDC for short, provides IT technology services to Deloitte clients across major European and EMEA, is part of a strongly integrated network of Global Delivery Centers that operate across the world.


    A minimum of 5 years of relevant (consultancy) experience preferably in the area of People and/ or Digital Strategy (e.g. Transition of HR Processes, Implementation of various HRMS systems, BPO/ SSC HR Services experience, HR Process optimization projects, Digital HR projects, Employee Experience);

    - Broad HR Systems knowledge/ understanding of min. 3 HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle – HCM, or other (user knowledge);

    - Proven strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems based on data analysis;

    - Previous experience in building business cases and roadmaps;

    - Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate complex analyses into a structured and clear presentation;

    - A strong personality, a good sense for the political relations within an organization and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas throughout all levels within an organization; • An excellent command of written and spoken English.


    Designing and implementing the future-state HR function for our clients, including a corresponding (employee experience driven) Service Delivery;

    - Improving overall efficiency and effectivity within the clients’ HR function, by challenging the status quo and identifying digitalization opportunities;

    - Advising clients in digitalizing HR by using contemporary and emerging Digital HR solutions;

    - Defining employee journeys and personas, which can be used throughout all kinds of projects;

    - Identifying potential issues and risks at the client, and proposing mitigation strategies;

    - Challenging the client on content and ideas based on your expertise to increase quality;

    - Preparing materials for different client sessions and taking responsibility for the quality of the work;

    - Organizing and facilitating workshops and/or meetings with the client;

    - Managing and coaching the less experienced members of your team so they can perform optimally;

    - Contribute to the development of our team (and your industry) through, for example, developing thought ware, organizing events and hosting ‘learn and share’-sessions.
