    The European Regional Delivery Center, ERDC for short, provides IT technology services to Deloitte clients across major European and EMEA, is part of a strongly integrated network of Global Delivery Centers that operate across the world.

    Requirements

    Previous experience that has enabled you to understand how different organizations are structured per departments, number of management layers, supporting functions, etc.
    - Good understanding of what an organizational structure is and awareness of different existing models (structures based on geography, structures based on Business lines, Matrix structures, etc.)
    - Passion for data, numbers, business overviews and comprehensive reports. Experience in data analysis (looking at responsibilities for different roles, workloads, time estimates, etc.)
    - Effective facilitation and communication skills both verbally and in writing, confident & dynamic attitude
    - Strong stakeholder management skills
    - Social skills: remote collaboration, team player, proactive and curious (e.g. contribution to content creation for trainings / internal materials, knowledge sharing, initiatives etc.)

    Responsibilities

    Proficient in English - Communicates proactively and can articulate thoughts effectively in spoken and written communication
    - Applies tools and methodologies related to Organizational Design with some guidance/coaching from more experienced practitioners. Executes different type of documentation (presentations, analysis, plans, Job Descriptions, etc.)
    - Is passionate about data, can quickly read into different Business reports and identify areas of interest and is also able to summarize business data in an effective and easy to read outputs
    - Understands the objective of the assigned deliverables and work towards completing them within the scheduled timeline with guidance. Asks pertinent questions, questions assumptions, and raises risks with respect to quality or scheduled delivery of assigned tasks
    - Drives or actively participates in workshops with the client and takes total or partial ownership of topics presented
    - Collaborates effectively cross multidisciplinary and global teams
    - Collaborates with subject matter specialists, as needed
    - Is experienced in working with Power Point, Excel and other MS Office tools
    - Experience in other reporting tools is a plus
    - Involvement into practice development (e.g. contribution to content creation for trainings / internal materials, knowledge sharing, initiatives etc.)
