An interest in helping organizations embed transformative change in their business and a desire to retrain and become Workday Human Capital Cloud certified
Ability to develop strong working relationships
Excellent written and spoken English skills (all programs and associated documentation will be conducted in the English language)
Excellent knowledge and use of Excel
Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level with a technology focused degree an advantage
The role will require a degree of travel to client site, estimated to be 20% of the time
Additional desirable experience includes:

Data Migration experience or a proven capability to excel in this area of mater
Experience with data export/import
Any ETL/Informatics experience or understanding of ETL Methodology and associated Tools
An understanding of SQL and/or XML

The Workday Cloud Data Consultant role will include the following activities:

Supporting the Data team through the lifecycle of a project
Provide support in preparing of and participate in data discovery workshop
Ensure the capture of requirements and good maintenance of support documentation throughout the project (data extract specification, data mapping, data transformation rules, etc.)
Ownership of data conversion activities, including data mapping, data transformation, data loads and providing reports and metrics
Actively participate in the development of the Workday Cloud Human Capital Data Practice by helping in the maintenance and updates of documentation and processes
A Workday Cloud Data Consultant will have responsibility for:

Developing knowledge of Cloud Data and HR Transformation modules
Working collaboratively as part of the Data team to deliver data requirements as part of a Workday Cloud Human Capital program
Ensuring data deliverables meet Deloitte quality assurance standards
Supporting data team members through project activities in-line with the Deloitte Cloud HR
Transformation methodology and adhering to project quality checkpoints
Working with client teams to deliver and support the project with high quality deliverables, on time and within budget
Facilitating client understanding of their data capabilities within Cloud HR
