    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You have a University degree in Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or comparable
    • You have experience with embedded software development, preferably in the automotive industry and C programming skills
    • You have previous experience with SiL topics (e.g. FMI standard, co-simulation platforms), is considered a plus
    • You have experience with simulations (e.g. modeling of power electronic systems, System C TLM), is considered a plus
    • You got in contact with UDS standards and AUTOSAR
    • You have experience with scripting languages (Python)
    • You have experience with embedded software/system testing, is considered a plus
    • You have good knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, is considered a plus

    Job Description

    Virtualization of an ECU is the new trend in automotive industry. It's becoming more challenging when it involves simulation of SW, HW and mechanics all together.
    You have now the possibility to contribute in developing such a trend from the role of an Embedded SW Engineer specialized in virtual ECUs on Electric Power Steering, Fuel Cells, Hydrogen Storage, E-Machine systems.

    Our team is very happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • You will develop or integrate in the complete software virtual solutions for different components/features of the real target embedded software
    • You will implement software solution that are applicable to different platforms (Linux, Windows, real time PC) for 32/64 bits machines
    • You will adapt and maintain the RestBus simulation model for vECU
    • You will be doing Software requirements analysis, effort estimations, module and integration tests, debugging of vECU and real ECU
    • You will be responsible for the test execution, analysis of test reports, documentation of test scripts in qualifying vECU as solution for release testing
    • You will be the direct interface with customer to clarify requirements and propose solutions
    • You will have a close cooperation with international partners (Australia, China, Germany, India, USA)
    • You will have a close cooperation with different other stakeholders for providing vECU solutions
