    Responsabilities

    This position will suit Support Technician who is looking to for potentially there first job in IT. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and technical team who are growing and offer a wealth of training. Within the Société Générale, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure.
    As part of the GTS Support team, your role is to help SG GSC Romania end-users to properly work within SG environments from an IT perspective.

    Specifically, you will be required to: 

    Work closely with the infrastructure support team to deliver support to tailored software and hardware products as well as the Microsoft Office family of products. You will gain experience in a range of bespoke hardware and software in this environment and ensuing that all users requests are managed (resolved or escalated):

    • Perform hardware and software support
    • Supporting customers via chat, email
    • Hardware troubleshooting, reimage or repair as needed
    • Investigating tickets and working with senior team members to resolve issues
    Profile Required
    • Knowledge of basic computer operations
    • Open and curious attitude
    • Good communication skills
    • Attention to details
    • Proactive and dynamic
    • Analytical
    • Team player
    • Knowledge of some of the following technologies would be advantageous: Windows 10, Printer and Scanners, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook)
    • Good language skills – English - spoken and written; French would be a plus
    • Good communicator
