    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    – University or College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

    – Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant or similar role.

    – Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software.

    – High level of competence with necessary collaborative technologies (e.g. Online calendars,

    – communication platforms -Teams, zoom etc).

    – Fluency in both verbal and written English and Romanian.

    – Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage.

    – Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines

    – Strong organizational and planning skills.

    – High level of detail orientation

    – Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.

    – Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts.

    – Discretion and confidentiality.

    – Diplomacy and tactfulness.

    – Self-motivation, proactiveness, and forward-thinking mindset

    – Confidence and capability of being persistent when necessary

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    – Coordinate daily calendar of the Country Manager.

    – Deal with highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

    – Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

    – Manage Corporate Communication projects and administer yearly promotional events.

    – Respond to ad hoc administrative and personal requests.

    – Respond to queries in person, via telephone and email in English and Romanian.

    – Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling them when appropriate

    – Organize and attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared for his schedule.

    – Make travel arrangements.

    – Communicate with internal teams and assisting with project management

    – Maintain Reports and Monitor relevant KPIs progress

    – Facilitate the follow through of business development deals

    – Manage and facilitate daily volume of email replies
