Internship - Organizational Change Management Consultant

Deloitte Technology Delivery Center provides IT technology services to Deloitte Member Firm clients across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa. We have expertise in multiple capabilities across Business Operations (Systems Delivery & Modernization, Cloud & Engineering, Operations Transformation), Customer & Marketing (Marketing & Commerce, Digital Customer, Digital Foundry & Operations), Enterprise Tech & Performance (SAP, ServiceNow, Anaplan), Human Capital (HR Transformation, Organizational Transformation), and Strategy, Analytics and M&A (Data Modernization & Analytics, AI Insights and Engagement).

• Bachelor's degree or Master's student in the field of Communication & Public Relations, Psychology, Change Management, or Economics with a focus on communication, computer sciences, HR processes;
• Advanced English level;
• Self-confident, with good (written and verbal) communication and content creation skills;
• Team-oriented;
• Ability to prioritize, with a mindset, focused on finding solutions;
• Ability to interact proactively with a diverse group of people;
• Microsoft Office skills;
• Video editing skills – nice to have;
• Knowledge in the training/ learning process (creating materials & delivering) is an advantage.
