WHAT IS FIRST GEN? Our 1-year Traineeship program is designed for recent graduates who want to take their careers a step further. Through this program, you get an opportunity to work on ‘live’ assignments, gain hands-on industry experience and work with experts at all levels of seniority. • The traineeship takes place over a paid period of 12 months;
• The program is full time and the location is flexible between our HQ, Beverages Plant (Dragomiresti Deal), and Snacks Plant (Popesti Leordeni); we provide transportation from Bucharest to the plant.

• A senior year or graduated from an IT/ Technical University;
• Enthusiasm for IT;
• Learning eagerness.
