In 2022 Decor Floor is ready for a new chapter. After almost two decades of presence on the flooring market in Romania, the company is expanding its services and products portfolio targeting to become one of the top players in the fit-out segment.


The new name focuses on the power of community raised in the first 17 years of presence on the Romanian market.

Our Expectations:

· Passionate about marketing & communications
· At least 1-year work experience in a B2B environment
· Excellent writing and communication skills with English proficiency
· Preferably, University education (marketing or communication)
· Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Excellent multitasking skills
· Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. is a plus
· Strong self-starter, get-things-done attitude and good collaboration skills
· Highly developed attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Your Main responsibilities will be:

· To contribute with creative content for brochures, printed materials and presentations
· Internal communication: to conduct the implementation of internal corporate branding (internal events, team buildings, team meetings and company anniversaries)
· External communication: to offer support in implementing events according to the Marketing Plan (networking events, workshops, round table discussions and private events)
· To edit and publish articles for the website and social media, according to the PR Monthly Plan
· To regularly update product presentations, in collaboration with the Sales department
· To implement the merchandise branding (personal protective equipment, stationery, etc) according to the Visual Identity Manual
· To process contracts for suppliers handled by the Marketing department
· To oversee the workplace and showroom activity, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
· To ensure the office supplies inventory & acquisition process
· To keep up to date on the samples inventory, in collaboration with the Procurement department
· To arrange business trips, working closely with the travel agencies
