    Goodyear Operations Romania is the Global Business Services Center of Goodyear Dunlop EMEA. The GBS Center in Bucharest started back in July 2011. The core mission of the Center has always been to provide internal customer satisfaction with the shared responsibility of delivery - Driving performance as ONE TEAM.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors’ degree
    • Excellent communication skills - comfortable communicating at all levels within an organization
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to quickly learn recruiting systems (Applicant Tracking) as well as other internal applications
    • Understanding of how to effectively leverage LinkedIn and other job posting websites
    • Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills
    • Strong listening skills with high emotional intelligence
    • Sense of humor

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process (promoting job roles, sourcing and selecting resumes, interviewing, assessment center, candidate management, internal and external communication, offer, etc.).
    • Create and lead online and offline employer branding initiatives
    • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to determine staffing needs. Implement proactive recruiting strategies to attract/develop/retain high-potential talent. Drive recruiting/retention initiatives.
    • Recommend recruiting improvements based on industry best practices.
