    * Creation of software requirements from assigned areas of the customer;
    * Derive requirements for interfaces between software components from system and software architecture;
    * Ensure traceability between system- and software requirements;
    * Tracking requirement implementation, maturity and test status by appropriate means;
    * Creation of software requirement engineering plan including definition of project specific attribute usage, definition and documentation of traceability concept;
    * Verify consistency of cross-functional requirements;
    * Self-driven clarification of requirements through active communication with customers and internal contact partners;
    * Analyze and incorporate change requests into the software requirements;
    * Escalation of technical risks and problems to management and appropriate contact persons;
    * Continuous identification of improvement possibilities in software requirement engineering process. A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.


    * Degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering or a similar qualification;
    * Experience in processes, methods and tools in the field of requirements engineering (desirable: DOORs);
    * Experience in the development of ECUs in the automotive industry;
    * Experience with Rhapsody and Autosar is considered a plus;
    * Good understanding of overall vehicle architectures;
    * Good English language skills (written and spoken);
    * Strong analytical and organizational skills;
    * Independent and result-oriented manner and assertiveness;
    * Excellent communication skills (communication with hardware, software, logistic experts as well as users) and good presentation and moderation skills;
    * Good teamwork skills and experience in interdisciplinary teamwork.
