    Cerinte

    Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, at least 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
    This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.

    Required skills:
    • Industry experience, in a recruiting capacity,
    • A bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources or the specialized field or equivalent experience,
    • Good English skills,
    • A good knowledge of job marketing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor.
    • Thinking outside the box to outsource new candidates from new or creative recruitment channels.

    Responsabilitati

    • Create job description for the roles available in the company and promote them on platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract new talent in the company.
    • Source, interview and evaluate candidates by targeting language skills in the job market such as French, German, Chinese, Czech etc.
    • Source, interview and evaluate candidates by targeting IT skills in the job market such as Network, Developer, Tech Support Level 2 etc.
    • Promote the job available in the company by participating in job fairs online and on site, recruitment webinars and career orientation courses within universities in the country.
