    Requirements

    Required skills & profile

    Must have:

    4+ year of experience in managing IT security incidents

    Nice to have:

    Experience in IT Internal Audit, IT Risk & Compliance.
    Certification in information security (or related) such as CISM, CISA, CISSP
    Well versed in the information security issues affecting financial service organizations
    Experience defining, implementing, maintaining and monitoring Data Loss Prevention security alerts

    Languages:

    Mandatory: English (Current team split between Paris and Bucharest - all meetings and deliverables must be in English)

    Nice to have: Spanish, French or Portuguese

    Responsibilities

    Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

    The IT Security Incident Manager will be reporting directly to the Global head of IT compliance.

    The IT Security Incident Manager will:

    Improve and strengthen the Global IT security incident response capabilities (coordination, communication, processes, reporting, action plan definition, etc.)
    Coordinate IT security incident management: Ensuring that all required stakeholders are involve, that proper actions are taken, that remediation plan are documented and implemented.
    Ensure that legal or regulatory requirements are respected (working closely with legal departments)
    Work closely with Edenred Security Operation Center (SOC), Application owners, IT infrastructures & operations, business owners and local CISO to improve global IT security and update detection use case.
    Lead and improve the DLP capabilities of Edenred by leveraging on existing IT and security capabilities (O365 E3, web proxy, email proxy, endpoint security solutions, etc.) and in accordance with local regulations and business needs.
    Define together with business and project managers what data need to be protected and how, what kind of alerts to be implemented, etc.
    Identify processes, controls and tools to improve Edenred’s DLP capabilities
    Monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts that are generated from the tools.
    The IT security incident manager will interface with many profiles (IT Operations, Network Operations, Infrastructure teams, Legal, Risk Management, Human resources, Business leaders) and from many countries/regions (Americas, Europe, APAC).

    As part of Global IT compliance & security team and depending on your background, the IT security incident manager will also be part of some of the many other topics addressed by the Global IT security team.

    Through this position you will have to work with both business and IT teams in many different BU across the world. It will give you the opportunity to acquire a good understanding of all Edenred’s activities and how they are evolving, giving you many levers to continuity your career within Edenred.
