    Requirements

    - Education: graduate in finance & accounting.
    - Good control of English, including commercial & accounting in both speaking and writing
    - Work experience: 2-5 years in accounting area
    - Experience in an ERP System will be a +. If Oracle: ++
    - Familiar with working knowledge of manufacturing in the electronics industry will be an asset
    - Familiar with Standard costing, manufacturing variances knowledge
    - Good computer skills (excel, word, power point), If have Visual FoxPro program skill or SQL skill will be ++;
    - Good communication skills and team work spirit
    - Available for business trips

    Responsibilities

    The position will be within Sales ACCOUNTING Department of the European region Shared Service Center of the Company, Recognize sales revenue & cost and Processing inventory business using Oracle ERP for accounting. For one or more European subsidiaries. Specific areas of job description include the following:

    very good understanding and knowledge of all inventory processes, accounting flows, accounts significance
    reconciliation with GL balances, TB, inquiry CST and GL module
    understanding of local gap differences with group (IFRS) policy
    making various reports based on data extracted from systems;
    At least 2 years’ experience accounting. Correctly understand the financial systems and processes of the company; Independently handle routine financial accounting, and prepare reports. Review the work of accounting clerks; Under the instructions of accountants at higher levels, assist in editing business operation guides; Take a role in projects of the present module; Be capable to instruct accounting clerks in basic accounting. Participating in projects , collaborate with colleagues and other departments in order to finish projects tasks; train other staff; process own team responsibilities, offer solutions to other staff based on internal s procedures; coordinate meetings with local department for solving issues.

    Assume part of the responsibilities of a certain function/business in the respective module; responsible for the implementation of small to mid-scale projects in the respective module; conduct routine work independently; Under the instructions of staff at higher levels, assist in editing business operation guides, instruct clerks in basic business affairs.
